Comments: My name is Rich, and I am a real estate investor from California. Two years ago (2004) I was ready to purchase property in the Prescott Valley area, when I became dissatisfied with the investment group I was working with. I decided to go on my own, and found Donna thru a real estate website and began cold emailing her, and telling her I was going to be in AZ in 2 weeks to look at houses.
